Project Goal: Modernize KIUC’s public-facing website with a cleaner design, improved navigation, and streamlined access to member services, while building a new custom Drupal theme to accurately represent updated content structure and usability priorities.
Project Scope:

Restructure site navigation and menus to improve usability for billing, service requests, outage information, and new memberships.

Create new landing pages for member services including bill pay, autopay, start/stop service, applications, and contact forms.

Integrate secure external forms, PDFs, and resource documents with optimized file display and clear “open in new tab” pathways.

Improve search visibility and user flow to high-priority tasks.

Optimize accessibility and readability following WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Configure performance and security best practices including caching layers and WAF configuration.

Create a more intuitive content editing structure inside Drupal enabling KIUC staff to manage page updates, alerts, and general website announcements easily.
