Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association is known for delivering reliable electric service and staying deeply connected to the communities it serves. As member expectations for digital experiences continued to evolve, Wright-Hennepin recognized an opportunity to modernize its website and create a more intuitive, member-centered online experience.

Working with Touchstone Energy's SHiNE team, Wright-Hennepin recently launched a completely redesigned website that delivers cleaner navigation, stronger cooperative branding, searchable programs and services, streamlined webforms, and enhanced digital tools for members.

The Result

Improved Navigation

Modern Design with Strong Branding

The new site delivers a clean digital experience that brings Wright-Hennepin Cooperative’s brand to life while improving readability and usability across devices. The refreshed design creates a more cohesive experience and puts key member information front and center.

Searchable Programs & Services

Programs and services are now easier to discover through a searchable experience that helps members quickly find the resources most relevant to them. Clear pathways and improved organization make it simpler for users to access the services they need.

Streamlined Service Webforms

The redesign introduces managed webforms for key member services, creating a more intuitive experience for completing requests online and helping users quickly identify the right service for their needs. This improved experience helps simplify navigation and processes.

Searchable Blog Articles

A searchable blog experience makes it easier for members to discover educational resources, updates, and other relevant content. Improved organization and search functionality help surface information that might otherwise be difficult to find.

Displaying Demand Management History

A custom Demand Management History experience gives members an accessible way to explore the history of Wright-Hennepin’s demand management. Search and filtering tools, including type-based selections, make it easier to find specific information and access relevant historical data.

Content Refresh & Reorganization

The project included a comprehensive review of Wright-Hennepin Cooperative’s existing content. Outdated and unnecessary information was removed, while remaining content was refreshed and reorganized.
