With extensive development expertise, Sean manages SHiNE's core infrastructure and front-end capabilities, ensuring secure, accessible, and feature-rich websites for member co-ops. His strategic oversight and project management skills are vital for efficient project execution and client satisfaction. Sean holds a B.A.

With over a decade of experience in web development, Matt specializes in creating websites that support the mission and values of electric cooperatives. His unique background—combining degrees in Business, Education, and a professional certificate in Software Engineering—allows him to design digital solutions that are both technically sound and strategically aligned with business goals.

Beau Townsend

Beau Townsend is the lead developer and co-designer of the SHiNE program as well as the technical lead on many Touchstone Energy digital projects. Beau's responsibilities include building and maintenance of platform-wide functionality and improvements, along with development of custom solutions for individual co-ops and digital enhancements in support of all of Touchstone Energy's business units.

Faysal began his journey at Touchstone Energy as a web developer, helping co-op members with website migrations and ongoing support. Over time, his passion for cybersecurity became the driving force in his career. He now leads the cybersecurity side of the SHiNE program, where he ensures co-op websites are secure, compliant, and resilient. With a strong foundation from his time on the NRECA information security team, Faysal brings a hands-on, strategic approach to managing and strengthening security for co-op communities.
